Cancellation Policy
Hair Service Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing my services! To ensure fairness and respect for both my time and all clients, please review the following cancellation policy:
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
• Same-day cancellations will require a new deposit to rebook and you may get charged 100% of the service
Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time. A 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed depending on the service.
• After the grace period, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and your deposit will be forfeited.
No-Shows
• No-call/no-show clients will lose their deposit and may be required to pay 100% of the service.
Emergency Situations
I understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
